Export All Data

This dialog box allows you to export a technical support package containing configuration data and operational logs over a selected time period. The export is generated as a compressed file with the .mbf extension.

Period​

The Period field defines the time range of the data included in the support export.

  • Click the button to open the calendar dialog.
  • Select a start date and an end date.
  • Only log, communication, and dump files whose modification dates fall within this period are included in the export.

By default, the period is set to the last 7 days.

Export path​

This section defines the directory where the support export file will be saved.

  • By default, the export path is set to the user's Documents folder.
  • The path can be entered directly in the text field.
  • Click the ... button to select another directory using a browser dialog.

Export file​

The export file name is generated automatically and includes the current date and time to ensure uniqueness.

If a file with the same name already exists in the selected directory, you will be prompted to confirm overwriting.
