Schedule Derogation
If necessary (for example during an on-site intervention), it is possible to temporarily derogate from the on-call schedule of a call group by passing the group in question in a state of derogation.
When a call group is in a derogation state, its call schedule is ignored and all alarm calls intended for the group are either forwarded to a team of the group that has been predefined at the time of the derogation or abandoned or suspended (calls locked) if no team has been designated for call forwarding.
Call locking/unlocking
To lock calls for a given group, select the "Calls locked" command from the pop-up menu displayed by right-clicking on the group icon in the on-call tree or in the view associated with the "Call Groups" branch.
The icon of the locked group indicates that the group can no longer be called:
To unlock calls for a given group, select the same command from the pop-up menu displayed by right-clicking on the group icon (command checked to indicate the "locked group" status). If a team is programmed in the schedule, it automatically returns to the on-call state () and the group icon indicates that the group can be called again:
On-call forced
To forward the calls intended for a group to a team of the group, select the command "On-call (forced)" of the pop-up menu displayed by clicking with the right mouse button on the team icon in the on-call tree. The forced team icon indicates that the team is active and forced: .
To end call forwarding to a team, select the same command from the pop-up menu displayed by right-clicking on the team icon (command checked to indicate "on-call forced" status). The team programmed to the schedule then automatically returns to the on-call state: .
Schedule derogation
To force one or more on-call groups to derogation state, or to consult the list of groups in the derogation state, select the command "Schedule Derogation..." from the "Operation" menu. See Schedule Derogation.
When there is at least one group in derogation state, the "DEROG." indication is displayed in the fault indicator of the alarm status bar.
The derogation actions are recorded in the event log.
