Calls in Progress
To view the status of current calls or locally acknowledge a call, select the "Calls in progress..." command from the "Operation" menu, or click the button .
This dialog box is non-modal (it can remain on the screen without blocking other operations) and is refreshed in real time.
Groups to Call
This list contains a list of all call groups for which at least one call has been requested:
- Group: Group name.
- Alarms: Number of alarm call requests.
- Priority: Priority level of the highest priority active alarm.
Active Calls
This list contains the list of operators for which a call is in progress:
- User: Name of the called operator.
- Media: port - driver name (used for the call).
- Call index: "T1/Tm A1/Am", with:
- T1 = Number of call attempts made (including the current call),
- Tm = Max number of call attempts,
- A1 = Current iteration of waiting for call acknowledgment,
- Am = Max number of iterations of waiting for call acknowledgment.
Pending Calls
This list contains the list of suspended or pending calls.
- User: Name of the operator to call.
- Call status: Cause of suspension or waiting.
- Call index: "T1/Tm A1/Am", with
- T1 = Number of call attempts made (including the current call),
- Tm = Max number of call attempts,
- A1 = Current iteration of waiting for call acknowledgment,
- Am = Max number of iterations of waiting for call acknowledgment.
Actions
Call Acknowledgment
Click on this button to acknowledge the call for the selected operator either in the current call list or in the list of pending calls.
When the call is acknowledged for an operator, the name of the operator disappears from the list (current or pending calls). If the call was in progress, it is aborted.
Cancel Call
Click on this button to abort the call (without acknowledgment) for the selected operator in the current call list or in the list of pending calls.
