User Replacement

This dialog box allows you to define the duty status of the user designated in the title bar in the selected call group or in all its call groups. If the selected service state is "Off duty", it can also be used to select a substitute user for the selected call group (or for all call groups).

Call group

If no group was selected when calling this dialog box, the option "All groups of the replaced user" is checked and the "Selected group" option is grayed.

If a group was selected, the "Selected group" option is checked by default and indicates the selected group in question. It is then possible to select the other option ("All groups...").

Duty status

The duty status selected at the start ("Off duty" or "On duty") is the current duty status of the user in the selected group, or, if there is no group selected, the "On duty" status if the operator is in service in at least one of his call groups or "Off duty" if he is not in service in any of his call groups.

If the duty status is changed, it will be applied to the selected group or to all groups of the operator depending on the option chosen above.

If the "Off duty, replaced by" option is selected, it is possible to select a replacement user from the drop-down list.

The users proposed in the list are those belonging to the selected group if the "Selected Group" option is checked, otherwise it is the list of users belonging to all the groups of the replaced user.
