Call Group Transfer

This dialog can be invoked from the alarm table by selecting the "Group transfer..." command from the context menu attached to the alarms (see Alarm table) or from the tag views of the main screen by selecting the same command from the context menus attached to the tags in alarm.

This command is only possible for alarms for which at least one call group is to be called and has a list of substitution groups (defined in the advanced properties of the call group).

With this feature, A user intervening on one or more alarms can request the intervention of another group, either in reinforcement (need for a complementary competence for example) or in substitution (impossibility of treating the alarm at the group level for example).

The list allows you to select the forwarding group for each of the groups attached to the selected alarms (groups called or during a call), with a substitution option (aborting the call of the corresponding group) or not.

Call Group

List of call groups that have been called or are currently called for the selected alarm(s).

Substit.

Selection of "substitution" or not. If the box is checked, the call of the group designated in the 1st column is aborted.

New recipient group

Selection of the recipient group. Only groups defined as substitution groups for the group designated in the 1st column are proposed (see Advanced on call group properties). The choice "-" indicates that no recipient group is selected.

For each group displayed in the 1st column, select the wished recipient group in the displayed drop down list by clicking on the corresponding line of the 3rd column. Check the box of the 2nd column if you want the current group call to be aborted.
