Setup with Registration
This type of installation supports dynamic IP addresses. Each piece of equipment (including ALERT) registers at startup with the SIP registrar, which is often the proxy.
The operation is the same as with a proxy alone. The difference is that the IP address / phone number correspondence is handled dynamically.
In this mode, the PBX is in charge of Caller Name Identification. It is not possible to send text messages via CNI.

SIP Driver
You must specify the identification data supplied by the telephony administrator. In the example below, ALERT registers with its login and password for call number 1001.

User Record
The user record setup is the same as the setup with proxy. Call addresses use the format sip:1010@192.168.0.10 or simply 1010.

Usage Examples
SIP provider subscription — The driver configuration depends on the data supplied by the provider.
Asterisk or another IPBX — The telephone system administrator provides the parameters to enter in ALERT.
