Prerequisites

Network

The ALERT machine must be connected to a network. VoIP operates over IP and requires active network access.

Licensing

The VoIP driver allows up to two simultaneous connections at no additional cost. Extra concurrent connections require a paid upgrade.

Device Compatibility

Target devices must support the SIP protocol (phones, PBXs, softphones, etc.) and meet these specifications:
