Presentation
AlertClient is the lightweight desktop client for Alert. It allows operators to remotely connect to an Alert server and access its interface without running the full Alert application — making it particularly useful when Alert runs as a Windows service and its server interface is not directly visible.
AlertClient provides near-complete control over the Alert server: alarm monitoring, call management, configuration, and more.
Use Cases
AlertClient is suited for:
- Operators working on a separate workstation from the Alert server
- Environments where Alert runs as a Windows service
- Centralised supervision across multiple Alert servers
